The Return Method

A high-touch, 1:1 90-day return to how your body was designed to function.

This is a structured, high-touch process designed to restore the signals your body needs to regulate and heal.

We move step-by-step—building a foundation, supporting your body, and then addressing deeper patterns.

How It Works

Phase One: Understand - Creating Awareness

We begin with a comprehensive 60-minute deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and any available lab work.

You’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire and submit any relevant labs in advance so we can use our time with intention.

This session is focused on listening, identifying patterns, and understanding YOU & your full picture. No recommendations are given at this stage.

Phase Two: Restore - Building Your Foundation

After completing 3–5 days of Food, Mood, and Digestion tracking, we meet for a second 60-minute session.

Here, we begin connecting the dots.

You’ll receive your initial framework—clear, structured guidance designed to begin stabilizing your system and restoring key inputs.

Your 90-day process officially begins here.

Phase Three: The Return Process - Putting It All Together

From this point forward, we work together consistently over 90 days.

  • Weekly 30-minute sessions or

  • Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions

(We tailor this to your schedule and needs.)

Each session builds on the last—refining our approach, adjusting based on your body’s response, and continuing to move toward regulation and balance.

You receive a total of 8 hours of dedicated 1:1 support.

Phase One: Understand

Before we make recommendations or create a plan, we take the time to understand your full picture. Together, we explore:

This phase is about listening, identifying patterns, and developing a deeper awareness of the signals your body has been responding to.

Phase Two: Restore

Once we understand the patterns, we begin restoring the foundations your body was designed to thrive within. Together, we focus on:

• nutrition

• sleep

• blood sugar regulation

• digestion

• movement

• stress resilience

• environmental inputs

• daily habits and routines

Rather than chasing symptoms, we focus on restoring the conditions that support how the body functions, adapts, and regulates.

Small, strategic changes often create the biggest shifts.

Phase Three: Return

As the foundation strengthens, many women begin experiencing meaningful changes in how they feel.

This phase is about building confidence, refining what is working, and creating a sustainable path forward.
